Paige leads global revenue strategy, sales execution, and customer success for one of Silicon Valley’s most ambitious connectivity and cybersecurity platforms. With a track record of scaling VC-backed startups into category leaders, Paige is recognized for building go-to-market engines that deliver repeatable, sustainable, and exponential growth.

Before joining Nimbus Networks, Paige served in senior revenue leadership roles at several high-growth SaaS and infrastructure companies, where she consistently delivered triple-digit ARR expansion, opened international markets, and built strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises. She has led organizations through critical inflection points—including Series C–E fundraising rounds, pre-IPO scaling, and M&A integrations—while maintaining operational rigor and investor confidence.

At Nimbus Networks, Paige is responsible for unifying sales, marketing, and customer success into a single growth engine. Her leadership is defined by a data-driven approach, high-velocity execution, and a relentless focus on customer value. She is also known for her ability to recruit and mentor top-tier revenue talent, building teams that can perform under the pressures of venture-backed hypergrowth.

A Silicon Valley veteran, Paige is a frequent advisor to founders and venture firms on go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and international scaling.

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Nelson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nimbus Networks, a company built on the belief that secure, reliable, and future-ready connectivity is the backbone of modern life. With more than two decades of experience in telecommunications and cybersecurity, Stephen has dedicated his career to building technology solutions that serve not only businesses and consumers, but also critical national operations.

Before launching Nimbus Networks, Stephen worked extensively as a trusted vendor for Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. Federal Government, providing telecom and technology solutions across GSA Region 9, FAA operations, U.S. military bases, and other mission-critical sites nationwide. That experience—delivering for clients where failure is not an option—shaped the foundation of Nimbus: networks must be resilient, secure, and capable of scaling with the demands of the future.

Stephen’s leadership reflects both corporate discipline and community vision. He has served as a Commissioner on Palm Desert’s Public Safety and Sustainability Commissions, as well as in leadership roles across political and education organizations. His philosophy is simple but ambitious: to design networks that not only meet today’s needs but anticipate tomorrow’s challenges—whether in national security, enterprise growth, or everyday life at home.

Personal Background
Stephen grew up in a strong union household where his fathers service in the International Longshoremen’s Association and his mothers in the American Postal Workers Union instilled in him a lifelong respect for hard work, advocacy, and fairness. His mother’s promotion to U.S. Postal Service headquarters brought the family from New Orleans, Louisiana to Washington DC area, where Stephen thrived as a student-athlete before beginning his career in telecommunications at Ohio Bell and joining the Communications Workers of America.  His career took him from Ohio to San Francisco and then to Los Angeles where he worked and made a home for the last 20 years.

He now calls Palm Desert home, Stephen has invested his time and energy into local civic life, from serving as President and Chairman of his homeowners’ association to working with education leaders as Vice-Chair of the School Site Council at Desert Learning Academy. He is also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and an advocate for inclusion, equity, and opportunity.  He also serves on 2 Board of Directors for local organizations.

When he isn’t building the future of connectivity, Stephen enjoys traveling to his favorite mountain towns to play in the snow and ski as much as he can and he also enjoys connecting with neighbors, and spending time with family.

Katherine Nakamura is the Chief Financial Officer of Nimbus Networks, responsible for driving the company’s global financial strategy and ensuring disciplined capital allocation to support sustainable growth. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and technology, Katherine has deep expertise in capital markets, investor relations, and scaling high-growth companies.

She has led organizations through multiple stages of growth, including IPO preparation, post-IPO governance, and complex M&A transactions. Over the course of her career, Katherine has secured billions in capital through equity and debt financing, built relationships with top-tier institutional investors, and delivered consistent results in volatile markets. Her ability to translate financial performance into compelling investment narratives has positioned her as a trusted leader with analysts and shareholders alike.

Prior to joining Nimbus, Katherine held senior finance roles at both Fortune 500 technology companies and venture-backed startups, where she oversaw global P&L, managed large-scale financial transformations, and established frameworks for risk management and compliance across international markets.

At Nimbus, Katherine is focused on aligning financial strength with innovation strategy—ensuring the company remains both a market disruptor and a disciplined steward of shareholder value.

Katherine holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
